Today is World AIDS day. Every year, people infected with HIV rise in number. We know that liberated teens are ready to explore the world that's why they are also participating in the growing number of people getting the disease. One of the oddest things I've heard was in Brasil, individuals at the age of 12 are already engaging in, or let's just say trying sex. In America, it is said that black men are six times more likely than white men to contract HIV, and black women are twenty times more likely to acquire the virus compared to white women. What about in Asia-- in the Philippines? My point is, whatever the statistics is, have safe sex! Remember the ABCs-Abstain, Be faithful and use Condoms. I know we can't eradicate the whole HIV and AIDS thing but we can help minimize it.
