Friendster -- Tah Dah!

Oh, with a lot of links on friendster, it brought me to some of the pages of my hs friends and quivering went on me. Shocking updates to all those so-called high profile students [back, then]. I realised that it's as if a year since I do friendster-hopping. LOL.

What's wrong?

Lately, thinking what I really want to be in the future bothers me. I don't know if it fits my personality and my goal to pursue this BSBA degree or take another path for almost the second time. But I don't know what it is about me that keeps me dejected. I'm like a kiddo who have no specific goals in life but is sure, want to be a professional. I want to have those titular names specifically that of Engr. held before your name. I also want to be a CPA, public relations officer, or even a behavioral scientist maybe. Whew. I know I'm already an incoming sophomore student but I'm still confused. Damn. What's wrong with me? My old service friend, Joan, told me : "You lack motivation". Because before, it also happened to her and now, she's giving inspirational advices to me and a lot of stories before she've really 'stick' to the course which she's in now. Hopefully a few more months, I won't be like this, disconcerted about myself and on my oh-so-future.

Happy Earth Day!

Wake up before it's too late.

Stop Global Warming, dude! If you do or contribute to the cause of this major disastrous problem of the world right now, then help the world, yourself and especially our environment by looking for alternative ways if you still want to continue your activity. I know this may sound silly because for a fact, you're already familiar to this topic but I just ask that you may be an example for yourself.

I recently watched the news and in General Santos City, the temperature reached up to a level of 40 degrees and this is still expected to increase on the following months. As a result, the grasses did get burn because of so much heat trapped into them. This is just one example, if I can campaign, I will do but I'm not one of those advocate. All I can do right now is to make this sort of shout out.

Another win by the ever-glorious Pacman.

I know this post was four days late from his momentous victory.

It was an eight-round knockout but most of our boxing expert analysts say that it wasn't a fight they've expected Manny would offer the crowd. They told the media that Manny has just been aggressive on the sixth round when he was hit by his challenger Solis. It was not a great fight delivered by him. The analysts say that the only boxer who can defeat him on his peak right now is Marquez. So if there will be a fight with Manquez on the future, Good Luck then.

But that will be quite an insipid topic to talk about today. what is so hot about now in the news is Pacquiao's candidacy for Congressman opposite Custodio. He's already a good role model and inspiration to us for being a Hero through his fights so why bother running for a position in their place? On his interview after his fight, he said that "My heart motivates me to run this election. I feel the urge to help my constituents. If only you have this heart (my heart) then, I say that I wouldn't run this election. "

An eyeful of series today.

First, watching One Tree Hill at 10 in the morning-Grey's Anatomy at 2pm-CSI at 3pm-Laguna Beach at 5pm and finally America's Next Top Model at 10pm.

Three of those listed above were already late episodes of their respective series except for CSI and ANTM. But when watching Grey's Anatomy, I remembered the quote I've read in Arvin's post (See Link: Arvin Razon). The episode was wonderful and you'll learn a lot of life's reminders from it. I think it was only the second time I've watched Grey's Anatomy prior to all those good reviews I've seen and heard from it and it was wonderful.

The Prestige--A must-see film on dvd

Though it's been months, I will still say that finally, I get to watch this film just this late afternoon! After months of looking for a dvd copy of this film, I then have the time to buy and watch it with some friends.

Talk about some analysis. It's fun while watching the film that all of you are meticulously watching the lines drawn by actors to analise the film so well-- but still wasn't enough? Darn. And sort of arguing, deep thinking, and further discussion comes through. For us, it was a definitely must-see film for barkadas who wants much twist in a film. Actually, it's not that typical twist, mapapaisip ka talaga! I recommend you guys to watch it. Lol.
